FLEXIBILITY
The health-related component I’m most focusing is flexibility. Flexibility is the range of motion that your joints have during a movement. There are four more components of Health-related fitness cardiovascular fitness which refers to your ability to work for extended period of time. Muscular endurance is the ability to contract your muscle several times without excessive fatigue. Body composition is the weight of your body fat. The activity I’m doing is zipper stretch.
The goal of my activity is to touch or overlap your right and left hand. You may have no test that you will do better on one side than the other. Is really common because mostly a lot of people have more flexibility on one side then the other just like me. You can do flexibility even when you’re sitting down for example you can try to touch your toes with your hands. During the summer you can still maintain a Health-related fitness exercises.
In the summer I can do many activities that are related to the health-related components fitness you can use some stairs or even find someplace where it can be higher for you to be able to go up and down this is an example of Three - Minutes steps that’s an example of a cardiovascular fitness. I can try to do pushups when you have nothing else to do this activity works with Muscular strength and Muscular endurance they both work with our muscles. Another activity that you can do with cardiovascular fitness and that it would be fun and entertaining is go to the pool or if you have a dog take him for a walk in the park.
